No Guarantee of Recharge (Battery Condition & Limits)

The Battery Valet fee is for mobile service, including removal and reinstallation of your battery. The charging attempt is provided as part of the service for Free; there is no guarantee that a severely discharged or otherwise damaged battery can be restored. Battery performance can be limited by prior discharge, age, and internal condition. If a battery cannot be safely restored during our professional repair/charging process, that failure may be due to irreversible internal damage that occurred before service.

Failed Repair/Recharge Battery via Battery Valet

If our professional diagnostic and testing equipment determines that your battery is permanently damaged and cannot safely hold a charge, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of your Battery Valet fee ($25.00, $40.00, or $60.00) toward the purchase of a new battery through our mobile service. Alternatively, if a suitable replacement is unavailable you will receive 50% of your Battery Valet fee back as store credit (no cash value).

It is separate from AAA and is not covered by or affiliated with your AAA membership roadside assistance benefits.
